Accepting our terms

By registering a Ripper Casino account and placing a wager, you accept our terms and conditions in full. When you claim a promotion, you also accept the promotional rules that come with it. We may change our rules, games and promotions without prior notice, so please review the current terms at least once a month.

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use our casino software for wagering only. Our games are played with real money, and you can also try many of them in fun mode.

Who can join

Our services are only for adults of legal age who live where online gambling is not prohibited. Nobody under 18 may open an account. Players from some countries cannot open an account with us, and the United Kingdom is one of them. The list also includes France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands and a number of other countries, and we may refuse new registrations from the United States. Accounts opened from a restricted country can be closed.

Your account

You may hold one active account in your own name. Opening or using more than one account, under the same or different details, can lead to closure of the linked accounts and loss of winnings. Keep your login details private, play only for yourself and never let anyone else use your account.

Accounts with no activity for six consecutive months become dormant, and any balance left in a dormant account is voided.

If something goes wrong in a game, e-mail us within one hour of the event. If a game is interrupted, its status is shown again when you reconnect, and your balance is always the one recorded on our servers.

Deposits and withdrawals

Every deposit must be wagered at least once before you can withdraw. Payments normally go back to the method you deposited with, and every payment account must belong to you.

You can withdraw up to $2,000 per week. Larger wins may be paid out over several weeks. Before we pay out, we verify your identity, address and payment details. If the documents are not sent within four weeks of our request, the account may be suspended and winnings voided. We may also ask you where your funds come from.

A chargeback, reversed payment or similar payment risk lets us suspend the account while we review it, and we may close it and void related balances, bonuses or winnings.

Bonus rules

We give one bonus per account, person, household, shared computer and IP address. Only one new player coupon can be active at a time, and promotions cannot be combined unless we say so.

Coupon codes apply to one deposit and must be entered before you deposit. The usual minimum deposit for a coupon is $20 and the maximum is $200, unless the offer says otherwise. Deposit bonuses carry 30x wagering on the deposit plus the bonus unless the offer states different terms. Pokies and keno count towards wagering, and playing excluded games before wagering is complete voids the bonus and its winnings.

No-deposit bonuses carry 60x wagering on the bonus and a maximum cashout of five times the bonus. Free spin winnings carry 60x wagering, with a maximum withdrawal of five times the free spin value. Free bonuses expire 48 hours after redemption and deposit bonuses within 48 to 72 hours, as shown in each offer.

While a bonus is active, the maximum bet per game round, including feature buys, is $5 for regular players and $10 for VIP players. A bigger bet voids all promotion winnings. You cannot make another deposit while a bonus is active, and you cannot receive a bonus while a withdrawal is pending.

You need a valid e-mail address and phone number to receive bonuses. If we find bonus abuse, we can void balances, close accounts and stop future offers.

Cashback

Bonus-eligible players receive 25% cashback on busted deposits of $10 or more made without a bonus. VIP players and crypto deposits qualify for 40%. Cashback carries 25x wagering, or 20x for VIP players, and can be claimed within 72 hours of the busted deposit.

Loyalty points

Loyalty points are earned on pokies only, from bets placed with deposited money and winnings. Converted points carry 1x playthrough and cannot be converted while a bonus is active.

Jackpots and live games

Progressive jackpot games include a small mandatory jackpot bet on every spin and count only real money. Live dealer games can be played with real money only and do not count towards bonus wagering.

Refunds

We do not refund a deposit once any part of it has been played. Refunds go back through the original payment method where possible, and we may hold them until your identity is verified.
